Your vlog has brought me fond memories about my New York University professoor, Dr. Livingston. She demonstrated in linguistics class in 1979 the four temporal aspects for "sick,"
"commute," etc. For example:
regularly sick
frequently sick
sick over a prolonged time period sick over and over again.
My hearing classmates found it not only amazing but also truly phenomenal that signers can do that in ASL.
